We will send an invoice paid after receipt of the bank transfer. However, if you need a proforma invoice in order to make the payment then please fill in the invoice details section in registration and notify us using the contact form that it is needed.
Refund of registration fees is not possible if requested after June 1st 2026. In exceptional circumstances refunds later than June 1st will be considered on a case by case basis.
Requests for travel grants should be made before April 22nd 2026 using the contact form.
