Poster presentations:
The requested format is A0 portrait due to the format of the poster boards. Posters will be presented on set days by group - however the posters will be available for viewing for the entire conference.
Poster printing service: A poster printing service will be available - more details to follow. You can submit your poster as a pdf file using the link that will be sent to poster presenters in the beginning of June. Payment is by credit card or bank transfer - Note that although we can provide a invoice/receipt after payment we cannot provide an invoice in order to have the payment made. Evidence of bank transfers need to be provided as a pdf also. Once submitted we will send a confirmation within 3 working days.
Poster PDFs and payment must be received before July 1st to guarantee they are printed on time.
Oral communications:
Oral communication presentations should be provided as pdf or ppt format before the day of presentation. An upload link will be provided shortly before the conference. It is not permitted to use you own laptop or other device due to time constraints. You will be able to check your presentation in the room allocated during breaks. Oral presentations are a maximum of 12 min with +2 min for questions (and 1 min for change over).
